Privacy Policy
ChaseDesk is not a running service yet. No client documents are uploaded, processed, or stored anywhere. This page describes only what happens when you visit this website and join the early-access list.
Who is responsible
ChaseDesk is an independent product in development, operated by its founder from Pakistan. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Intuit (QuickBooks) or Xero. For any privacy question, or to have your data deleted, write to hello@trywright.com — that inbox is monitored.
What is collected

No account is created, no password is set, and no payment details are requested or accepted anywhere on this site.
Who it is shared with
- PostHog — product analytics. Records the usage events above.
- Web3Forms — form delivery. Passes a submitted email address to the founder's inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery. Processes request data, including IP addresses, to serve this page.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this page are served by Google, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads.
Your data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising retargeting, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the services above.
How long it is kept
Email addresses are kept until ChaseDesk launches and the launch email is sent, or until you ask for deletion — whichever comes first. If the product is not built, the list is deleted. Analytics events are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@trywright.com and it will be actioned — deletion requests are honoured within 30 days and usually much sooner.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics use a first-party identifier to avoid counting the same visitor twice. You can block it with any tracker-blocking extension or your browser's privacy settings; the page works exactly the same either way.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If ChaseDesk becomes a live product handling real client documents, this policy will be replaced by a full one covering that before any document is ever accepted.
